1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using the Tillvio POS software and services ("Services"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") between you and KPN IT Solutions ("Tillvio", "we", "us", or "our"), operating from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all users including shop owners, managers, and cashiers using the Tillvio POS system.
✅ By checking "I agree to Terms of Service" during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
2 Services Description
Tillvio provides the following services to retail businesses:
- POS Terminal — A Windows desktop application for billing, barcode scanning, and sales processing
- Admin Panel — A desktop application for managing stock, employees, credit, reports, and settings
- Cloud Data Storage — All sales, stock, and customer data is stored securely on cloud servers (Supabase)
- Customer Dashboard — A web dashboard at tillvio.com to view your shop's performance
- WhatsApp Support — Direct support via WhatsApp during business hours
Software is delivered as executable (.exe) files via WhatsApp or Google Drive. No installation of additional software is required.
3 Subscription & Pricing
Tillvio operates on an annual subscription model:
- Starter Plan — ₹3,000/year (1 device, 1 branch)
- Pro Plan — ₹5,000/year (2 devices, advanced features)
- Business Plan — ₹12,000/year (up to 5 branches)
Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' prior notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via WhatsApp and email before any price change takes effect.
⚠️ Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. You will be contacted before your expiry date to manually renew your subscription.
Payment methods accepted: Cash, UPI/GPay, Bank Transfer, Cheque, WhatsApp Pay.
4 Free Trial
All new registrations receive a 45-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial period.
- Trial begins on the date of registration
- All data entered during the trial is preserved after subscription
- You will be reminded 7 days before trial expiry via WhatsApp
- After trial expiry, the app will show a lock screen until subscription is activated
- Trial data is retained for 30 days after expiry — after which it may be deleted
✅ No credit card required. No automatic charges. You choose to subscribe only when you are satisfied.
5 Device Policy — Hardware Provided by Tillvio
Where Tillvio provides hardware (POS terminals, barcode scanners, receipt printers, or any other devices) to a customer, the following terms apply:
🖥️ Device Ownership
- All hardware devices provided by Tillvio remain the exclusive property of KPN IT Solutions at all times.
- The customer is granted a license to use the hardware only during an active subscription period.
- Devices are provided on a rental/lease basis and are not sold to the customer unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
🔄 Device Return Policy
- Upon cancellation of subscription, expiry without renewal, or termination of the agreement — all hardware devices provided by Tillvio must be returned within 7 days.
- Devices must be returned in the same working condition as provided, with all accessories (power adapters, cables, stands, etc.).
- Tillvio will arrange pickup of the device or the customer may drop it at our address in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
- If the customer fails to return devices within 7 days of subscription end, Tillvio reserves the right to charge the full market value of the unreturned device.
- Damaged devices (beyond normal wear and tear) will incur a repair/replacement cost to be paid by the customer.
⚠️ Device Care Responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for the safe keeping of all Tillvio-provided devices during the subscription period.
- Devices must not be tampered with, repaired by third parties, or used for purposes other than running the Tillvio POS software.
- Any theft, loss, or accidental damage must be reported to Tillvio immediately via WhatsApp (+917207278404).
- Tillvio is not responsible for any business losses resulting from hardware failure — backup measures should be maintained.
📌 This device policy applies only to customers who have received hardware from Tillvio. Customers who purchased their own hardware are not subject to this section.
6 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp (+917207278404) or email (tillvio@outlook.com)
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Upon cancellation, the POS software will be deactivated at expiry
- All hardware provided by Tillvio must be returned within 7 days of cancellation (see Section 5)
Refund Policy:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has started
- No refund is provided for unused days in a subscription period
- In exceptional cases (service unavailability for more than 7 consecutive days due to Tillvio's fault), a pro-rated credit may be issued at Tillvio's discretion
- Hardware deposits (if any) are fully refundable upon return of devices in good condition
⚠️ Before cancelling, export your data from the Admin Panel. Tillvio retains data for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
7 Data Ownership & Privacy
- Your data belongs to you. Tillvio does not claim ownership of your sales data, customer data, or inventory data.
- Tillvio stores your data on secure cloud servers (Supabase) with enterprise-grade encryption.
- Each shop's data is completely isolated — other Tillvio customers cannot access your data.
- Tillvio staff will not access your data except to resolve technical issues, and only with your permission.
- Your data will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
- You may request a full export of your data at any time by contacting us.
8 User Responsibilities
As a Tillvio customer, you agree to:
- Keep your Shop ID and password confidential and not share it with unauthorized persons
- Ensure employee PINs are kept secure and changed if compromised
- Use the software only for lawful retail business purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the Tillvio software
- Not use the software to process fraudulent transactions or illegal goods
- Ensure a stable internet connection for real-time cloud sync
- Keep the Windows PC running the software updated with antivirus protection
- Report any bugs, errors, or security issues to Tillvio immediately
9 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Tillvio software, including but not limited to the POS Terminal, Admin Panel, website, logos, and branding, are owned exclusively by KPN IT Solutions.
- Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software
- You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software to any third party
- You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the software
- Unauthorized distribution or resale of Tillvio software will result in immediate account termination and legal action
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Tillvio is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, data, or profit arising from the use or inability to use the Services
- Tillvio is not responsible for internet connectivity issues or hardware failures outside our control
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months of subscription
- We are not responsible for any incorrect data entered by your employees into the system
📌 We strongly recommend taking regular data exports and maintaining a backup record of important transactions.
11 Service Availability
- Tillvio aims for 99% uptime for cloud services
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp
- The POS Terminal continues to work offline for billing even during cloud outages — data syncs when connection is restored
- Tillvio is not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (internet providers, Supabase, hosting providers)
12 Account Termination
Tillvio reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately if:
- You violate any of these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- You use the software for illegal purposes
- You fail to return Tillvio-provided hardware within the specified period
- Payment is not received after subscription expiry and a 7-day grace period
Upon termination, your access to the software will be revoked and all Tillvio-provided hardware must be returned within 7 days.
13 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
We encourage all disputes to first be resolved amicably through direct communication via WhatsApp or email before pursuing legal action.

These Terms were last updated in March 2026. Tillvio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via WhatsApp or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
